Spin Class at Milton There are thirteen bikes available for spinning. Eight have already been reserved so five left if anyone is interested.
I have just spoken to Gemma to confirm times etc. She is running this at 1900 on a Tuesday night starting from 2nd November for ten weeks. Cost £30 per bike for the ten sessions. Ten weeks will take us up to 11 Jan (missing out boxing day). If popular we can do another ten weeks after that. |

Spinning Dear Girlies.
Organised spin class for a Tuesday night from the first week in November. To avoid Gregor Muir esq sponsoring this like last year we will organise this in blocks.
You need to buy a bike for ten weeks at a cost of thirty pounds. That bike is then yours for ten weeks. If you sublet that out thats fine. This will be on a first come first served basis. There are thirteen bikes and we need them all bought for it to go ahead. Will start to take payment as soon as offered. If we are successful then we will do another block in the new year. Ten weeks from November will take us to middle of January. Can you tell me on the other chatroom (mountainbiking for all) so that I can get an idea of numbers.
Will be up at Nevis Range tomorrow night so will start to take names then. |

Wed 18 August Cour Loop tonight. Meet at Nevis Range ready to leave at 6.30pm. Route suitable for everyone but is 1.5-2hrs long. If you don't fancy it, there will be a group doing a shorter route from Nevis Range. |

Wolftrax 8th september Ladies I have asked Gail at Wolftrax if we can all come up on the 8th September for some biking and some tea. Can you get back to me if this date is a clash and we can reschedule it for another. Thought best to book before the nights get too dark. |

Wednesday 16th June's ride It's the Canal this week. Can either stay on the canal or go up Glenloy depending on what you fancy. Decide on the night. Suitable for everyone, canal being leisurely and Glenloy a little more interesting.
Meet at the Moorings car park ready to leave for 6.30pm.

Wed 8th June This week we are riding at Achnacarry, so we are meeting at the Moorings car park at Banavie at 6.20 to load up bikes to drive to Gairlochy where we start the ride. Please let us know if you can help transport bikes or are going to meet us there so we can sort out logistics by 5pm today.
This ride is suitable for everyone and can be made long or short, hard or easy, we can sort out once we get there. |

Wed 26 May Nevis Range this week - meet outside the gondola station for 6.30pm. Lots of different rides, suitable for all abilities.
Food night too - don't forget to phone on 705825 to book your meal.....and don't forget to take money!
We will also make up a new biking schedule of suggestions to ride so have a think about what routes you want to do and we will work it in.
Lynn and I will cycle up. If you want to meet us, we will be at the Distillery road end, Lochybridge at 5.50pm (ish). Let us know if you will meet us there.

Wed 19th May Hi Girls, This week we are meeting at the pool by 6.30pm and will ride either the cow hill easy track or over the peat track. We will start off together and then can split for the more energetic and techincal and the more leisurely riders. I will post an amended riding program on this website for you to check on after this week as 9th May has changed due to my son's graduation so I can't lead the ride in Glencoe. |

SXC Race at Nevis Range Hi, West Highland Wheelers are helping to organise and set the course for the SXC champs race at Nevis Range on Sunday 13th June and we are looking for marshalls. You will be paid £25 and packed lunch shall be provided.

Wed 5 May This week, meet at the Swimming Pool ready to leave at 6.30. The ride is up Glen Nevis - leave from pool to Braveheart and along the forestry track to the lower falls and back along the road. There are a couple of variations that can be looped in so it can be as easy or challenging as you want!

Wed 28 April This Wed is at Nevis Range and is a food night. Please let them know on 705855 if you are going to be there and expect to be fed!
It is also advertised as an open night to try to introduce new riders to the group. An easier ride is planned but there is no reason why we can't do more than 1 group depending on who turns up.
Lynn and I will cycle up - we'll leave from the Distillery entrance at lochybridge at 5.50pm - hopefully that will allow us enough time to be there for 6.30pm. If anyone else wants to join us, please let us know and we'll wait. (evelyn 07900 474438)

Wed 14th April and Wed 21st April This week we are meeting at the forestry car park at the foot of the hill near the St John's church Ballachulish, to ride round Glenachulish or the cycle track to the Holly Tree hotel and back.
Next week we are meeting at the pool to go to the Wolftrax to ride and a BBQ afterwards. More details will be in an email next week but I will not be there. |

Also as the clock are going back this weekend there will be light from now on, so dust off those bikes squirt in some lube and get on your bikes this week. We all have to start somewhere so why not this Wednesday night? |

Aviemore Hi Stuart, We have not received any funding as yet, but would like to use some of the funding allocated to the womens group for this trip. I mentioned this at the committee meeting the other night, it was not confirmed there that we would get funding. Other trips were discussed as well. Gregor Muir can fill you in with the details. |
