4. Stripe – membership changes
JP:- email from Stripe asking us to update details .. if not completed account would be suspended. JP went in and made updates but Shaun Lee was down as main administrator and had to sign changes off. As he no longer lives in area he felt it was better to have main
administrator as club member and therefore changed this to JP. Chairman listed as Doug Little still and Gill Barnes other person with access. Need to update to put Dave Parfitt as chairman. However this has married couple as main administrator and chairman so agreed to change to Gill Barnes as main administrator (as treasurer)

MA by email Insurance has been renewed for another year
GM Bike park insurance is currently approx. £3500 per year, Arran Bike club pay £400 as do it through the club. DMBins are trying to reduce insurance costs for bike parks but this may need the bike park to be tied to a club either by bike park forming a club or doing through wheelers. Graham from DMBins was a bit vague on detail. Agreed to discuss further once further info received from DMBins
