TTs:
- Average of 8 riders per event (7 rounds)
- Most popular being the Commando TT which had 13 on both occasions (
- first and the last event)
- Thanks to Emma P for organising TTs (and winning series!)
Winter League 24/25:
- Averaging just under 25 per round (7 rounds)
- Duror and Sutherlands Grove having turnouts of 29 each
- Good mix of venues all over (Wolft, Du, Suth, Achad, Strontian, NR)
- Massive thanks to Marian for organising the last ? years and Lance for taking it on (he seems to have everyone whipped into good shape already)
Other thankyous:
- Andy has compiled all the points tables for winter leagues, tts and also organises the Christmas Handicap
- And to everyone else on the committee who have put in a lot of time helping with every aspect of the club from races / pumptrack / events / baking / etc.
- Doug for organising the f2f (even with a mechanical)
- Mel and Steph ( for organising ladies pumptrack sessions): Sessions went well with increased numbers each session ( 2 / 9 / 15) Sessions funded through Scottish Cycling women and girls fund. Jacqui Parfitt proposed that some of fund money was used to pay the bike park for the use of lights at these sessions, unanimous agreement, bike park to invoice us.
Bike and Blether:
- Goes from strength to strength, thanks to Jacqui for leading on that. Really important to have social rides that provide a relaxed environment and everyone can join regardless of level and feel comfortable doing so
- NR have also passed on their thanks for the boost in coffee and cake sales on a Saturday afternoon…
Wednesday Nights:
Thanks to Henry for organising these. They have been going very well with lots of good
