Great to see so many riders ( both young and old) out for this event celebrating the upcoming World Champs. The first ever West Highland Wheelers biathlon proved extremely popular and potentially unearthed a new shooting star in Ailsa Pooleman who was the only person to hit all the targets. A huge thanks to Leon for hosting the event at Achaderry Estate and for providing so many great prizes!
Click below the final placings from this year’s Winter League. The outstanding results have to be Ben returning after a few year’s absence to win the mens and Lily winning the ladies for the first time ( possibly quite a few to follow!) Many thanks to everyone who helped organise the 8 races that went ahead.

A huge thanks to everyone who took part in this years Winter League and to those who helped to make it all happen especially all the race organisers
The final race last Sunday at Glen Loy didn’t change the overall standings too much , although Gill did manage to move up into 2nd place., Many thanks to everyone who helped to get the Winter League running this year . Special thanks must go to Marian and Mark who both run two races each. Hopefully, things will be a bit more back to normal next year! Best 3 out of the 4 races counted.
